To do this, you will need your zip code and order number.

The order number has 6 digits and can be found on the label of your package and in your order confirmation.

Can't figure it out?

2. We'll mail you a free PostNL or DHL return label.
3. Just let us know when you dropped off the package, and we will arrange the refund directly.
