What is L-theanine? 

L-theanine comes from the green tea plant Camellia sinensis, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries for good reason. Its health-promoting effects have long been known there. Green tea remains popular even today. However, to consume the same amount of L-theanine found in 1 capsule, you would have to drink 15 cups of tea. That is why we have created a capsule. Our L-theanine is made from 100% Japanese green tea.

Our Fish Oil

Our fish oil is unique because it comes exclusively from the clean, cold waters of the Arctic Ocean off the coast of Alaska. This results in an exceptionally pure, high-quality oil that, thanks to its freshness, does not cause burping or leave a fishy aftertaste.

In addition, we make a conscious choice to prioritize sustainability. We work exclusively with MSC-certified fisheries (identified by the blue label). Our production does not require any additional fishing, as we use fillet trimmings that would otherwise go to waste. This truly is a sustainable, circular approach.
