Algae oil DHA and EPA

Omega-3 fatty acids are among the nutrients that have been best researched. Thousands of studies have been done on the importance of these good fats for our health. Hence, the European government has also made official health claims that articulate the effect of Omega-3 fats on the heart, brain, eyes, blood pressure, blood fat levels and as a building block for the unborn and breastfed child.

Ideally, the oil should be used with other fats in a meal. E.g. stirred into cottage cheese for breakfast. So pure from the spoon can also be used when you have eaten.

Oil of the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., natural orange aroma, rosemary extract, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate). The vitamin E containing, natural antioxidant tocopherol-rich extract protects the sensitive Omega-3 fatty acids. The orange aroma thus comes from real oranges. The rosemary extract from real rosemary leaves. Ascorbyl palmitate is no more than is the natural fat-soluble form of vitamin C.

This 150 ml bottle contains 60 daily doses of 2.5 ml.

Recommended use per day: Adults and children over 3 years of age: 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) per day (measuring spoon is in the box). Do not take on empty stomach, but during or after a meal, preferably a meal containing other fats (e.g. yogurt for breakfast or bread for lunch or after dinner). Because of its taste, the oil can also be used very well in e.g. oatmeal, yogurt, salad, shakes or smoothies, etc.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied and balanced diet, for which dietary supplements are no substitute. Consult an expert before use in case of pregnancy, lactation, illness or medication use.
