Dutch Arctic Blue Omega-3 products (liquid or capsule) are plant-based (algae oil-based) or made from the fillet trimmings of wild salmon, wild pollock or wild cod. One cod, in addition to the fillet for the supermarket, yields as much as 1 bottle (150 ml) of oil or 250 capsules.
