Top 5 most frequently asked questions

Unfortunately, sometimes the delivery driver's schedule may be delayed and you may receive your order later. If we know it won't work out, we will let you know as soon as possible via email.

If you are not at home, we will deliver the parcel to your neighbors or to a PostNL Parcel Point. In the latter case, you can pick up the parcel the next day. You will then receive a bill in your mailbox of the location of the PostNL Parcel Point in question.

If you are not happy with a product within 60 days? Please contact us.

You will get a full refund even if the product has already been used.

You will then receive a free shipping label from us that you use to return the products.

We will then examine the returned product.

We stand fully behind our products. We know that our products are of exceptionally high quality.

Omega-3 fatty acids obtained from poor quality fish or algae gives a fishy aftertaste or foul (on) burps.

Ours doesn't. We know that 100% for sure.

Freshness in fish oil means slightly different from bread but is similar.

Freshness, besides purity, is at least as important for an oil. This is because it reflects the condition of the delicate Omega-3 fatty acids. And it must be good, because a rancid (oxidized) oil is not exactly healthy for you.

Freshness of an oil can be determined by smelling or tasting it. A fresh oil will never "boom," burping with fishy smell. You can also measure freshness very precisely in a laboratory and then express it in a number.

In our profession, this number is called the oxidation value, sometimes called the Totox value. It stands for Total Oxidation Value.

After the minimum number of deliveries per subscription type, you can easily cancel your subscription by emailing us.

If you want to cancel, email us(info@arctic-blue.com) and we will help you.

Example: The monthly subscription is cancellable monthly.

The quarterly subscription is cancellable quarterly and the annual subscription is cancellable monthly after the first year.

Your subscription will automatically renew for 1 subscription period each time if you don't cancel it.

So if you want to continue receiving our products, you don't have to do anything else.

Ordering

Ordered before 11:45 pm, is delivered tomorrow.

We deliver your order to PostNL as soon as possible. 

Did you just change your mind? Very recognizable. Canceling your order can be done in two ways.

  1. By contacting us by mail or phone. Then we will arrange it manually for you.
  2. Through your account if you have an account. In My Arctic Blue, you can see all your orders and also cancel them.

Did you pay directly with iDEAL? In most cases you will see the order directly under your orders. Sometimes it takes a while before you see it.

Also check your e-mail. Once an order has been successfully received by us, our system automatically sends an order confirmation.

You can check it by logging into your account and looking up your new order or by checking your e-mail.

If you still don't know whether your order was successful after both of these methods? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you further.

Once you check it, you get the option to fill in the address details of where you want the order to be delivered. Nice if you want to give a product as a gift.

Orders above €20,- we deliver for free. If you order something under €20,- we ask you to pay €2,- delivery fee.

Delivery

Ordered before 11:45 pm is delivered tomorrow. We will make every effort to deliver your order to PostNL as soon as possible. We also deliver on Saturdays.

Sunday and Monday are not, weekend orders will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday.

Orders above €20,- we deliver for free. If you order something under €20,- we ask you to pay €2,- delivery fee.

As soon as your order is in the mail, you will receive a Track & Trace e-mail from us. Through the e-mail you can see in real time where your order is and how long it will take.

You can also paste your tracking code (is in that Track & Trace e-mail) into the PostNL App and check where your order is.

No, we deliver our orders to you at the address of your choice. We have no physical stores and pickup at our warehouse is not possible.

Subscription

Yes indeed, to take full advantage of all the omega-3 benefits, it is wise to take/swallow omega-3 daily.

The first delivery takes place immediately after the first order.

This is also the effective date of the subscription.

The next delivery will be according to your chosen subscription type.

The monthly subscription is delivered every 30 days.

The quarterly subscription delivered every 3 months.
The annual subscription delivered every quarter/3 months.

Yes, that is definitely possible. You can specify during ordering how many times you want a subscription. The quantity you choose will be delivered at each delivery time.

Our principles

1. Clean fish oil

Our fish oil is made (from the fillet-cuttings) from fresh Arctic wild cod swimming in the Barents Sea, this lies between Nova Zembla, Svalbard and Northern Norway.

One of the cleanest waters in the world, far from the plastic soup in the Pacific Ocean between Asia and South America.

All our fish products come from sustainable fisheries and carry the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) seal of approval.

2. Fresh algae oil

Our plant-based Omega-3 products are made from algae. Algae are mini-plants that can make their own Omega-3 fatty acids even on land in enclosed and controlled conditions.

With the oil from the algae we are already making various products. Since algae are the future, more and more will be.

All of our plant-based products carry the VEGAN label. With this we guarantee 100% that no fish oil has been used.
