Internship: Miscellaneous

Are you interested in nutrition, health, and sustainability? And would you enjoy working in a small team (7) at the Dotslash Campus in Utrecht? Then we probably have a role for you!
Arctic Blue the leading Omega-3 specialist, offering health products made from algae and fish oil derived from fillet trimmings—no fish are caught specifically for this purpose. Thanks to its innovative and sustainable nature, our brand is growing rapidly in the Netherlands and neighboring countries.

Depending on your interests and skills, we can offer you an internship on our Support Team, possibly combined with another area such as Content Creation, Product Management, or Sales.

Support Team

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, clear, and knowledgeable assistance—whether they have health-related questions or are placing orders. Together with the team, you’ll ensure that every customer feels heard and well taken care of.

What are you going to do?

Answering a wide range of customer inquiries across all our channels (phone, chat, email, social media).
To do this, we use various digital systems that you’ll need to be willing to learn.
Provide guidance on the use of products (within the applicable guidelines).
Be part of an enthusiastic team that welcomes your ideas for improving our service.

What are we looking for?

You are customer-oriented, open, and a good communicator.
You work independently, but you also enjoy contributing ideas on other matters.● You are available at least 4 or 5 days a week.
You are currently studying or have experience in Nutrition and Health (Wageningen), Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Innovation, Skin Therapy, or Orthomolecular Therapy, etc.
